We process as little data as possible.
- No cookies, no analytics, no ads. This site does not track you.
- No outside services: the font and all images are stored on our own server. Your browser does not contact Google or any other service when you visit.
- Server logs: like every website, our host automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) for security and to keep the site running. It is not used to identify you and is deleted automatically after a while.
- E-mails: if you write to us, we only use your address and message to reply.
- Photos: photos of our events are in a password-protected gallery for members only. Are you in a photo and want it removed? Write to comite@letzaix.com and we will take it down quickly.
- External links: links to Instagram, Facebook or our partners lead to sites with their own privacy rules.
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to president@letzaix.com. You can also lodge a complaint with Luxembourg’s data protection authority, the CNPD.
